Terms of service
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Nolla iOS application and the getnolla.app website. By downloading or using Nolla you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. The service
Nolla is a self-tracking tool for nicotine-pouch use: dose logging in milligrams, craving timers, trigger tags and taper planning. Core logging features are free; some features require a paid Premium subscription.
3. Not medical advice
Nolla is a tracking tool, not a medical device, and its content is not medical advice. Taper plans are arithmetic on numbers you enter, not clinical recommendations. If you have a health condition or concerns about nicotine withdrawal, talk to a healthcare professional.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Premium is billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms.
5. Your data
Your logs belong to you and stay on your device (and, optionally, your iCloud). How data is handled is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell or misrepresent the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law. Nolla carries an 18+ App Store rating and is intended for users 18 and older.
7. Intellectual property
The app, the Nolla name, and all related branding and design are our property. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; they transfer no ownership.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Nolla is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
You can stop using Nolla at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end the service for breach of these terms or if the service is discontinued, with reasonable notice where practicable.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at getnolla.app/terms with its date above. Material changes are announced in the app. Questions: legal@getnolla.app.
